Marian Stanko, Director
Marian is a Past President and a Founding Member of The Alamo Pachyderm Club. She is former Executive Director, Treasurer, and Committeewoman, Precincts Two and Three, of the Management Committee, for the Republican Party of Bexar County (Bexar GOP). She is also past Committeewoman for Senatorial District 26 and Chair of several Committees for the State Republican Executive Committee (SREC).
She is currently a member and leader of multiple Republican clubs and organizations, and Marian is the current President of The Republican Club of Bexar County. She has been awarded many accolades by her Partners, Coalitions, and colleagues for her volunteerism by the NFRW, TFRW, 10 Outstanding Women, Tribute to Women, RPT Lone Star Award, and other organizations and committees.
Marian also has authored or edited manuals and videos, and she has made many presentations for statewide, district, and local leadership, candidates, precinct chairs, and grassroots volunteers. She has had extensive involvement with voter registration and campaign leadership for an array of candidates for public and non-partisan offices at every level.
Marian has served as a Delegate at National and State Republican Conventions and served on the Texas Rules Committee. She has served as the Temporary and Permanent Presiding Chairwoman and Delegate at the Republican Senatorial District 26 Conventions and her Precinct Conventions, and as Precinct Chair for more than 50 years.
Marian is married with two children and two granddaughters and is the eldest of nine siblings. Marian was graduated from San Antonio College (SAC) and The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with Science, Arts, and Business degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, with minors in Mathematics and Economics.
